Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Times (Plazos de Entrega)

At RR-ING, we manufacture and assemble a large part of our catalog to order to ensure the highest quality standards.

  • Items in Stock: Shipping will be processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Manufactured Equipment (Boxes and Drawers): Due to their technical nature and dimensions, the estimated manufacturing and preparation time is 10 to 20 business days. Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates (Tarifas de Envío)

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and volume of the order. You can see the exact cost in the shopping cart before finalizing the payment.

  • National Shipping (Mainland Spain): See details on the website.

  • Islands & Autonomous Cities (Balearic, Canary, Ceuta, Melilla): Please consult specific rates or contact the workshop directly to coordinate logistics.

3. Oversized Logistics (Boxes and Drawer Systems)

Our structural products are shipped palletized to ensure the aluminum arrives in perfect condition:

  • Curbside Delivery: Due to the dimensions of the pallets, the transport agency will deliver at the entrance of the residence or warehouse. The carrier is not obligated to bring the package inside or to upper floors.

  • Truck Access: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible for delivery trucks.

4. Reception and Transport Damage (Very Important)

All our shipments are covered by transport insurance. For this to be effective, it is essential to follow this protocol:

  • Inspect the packaging at the moment of reception.

  • If you notice any bumps, breaks, or signs of tampering on the box or pallet, you must write it on the carrier’s delivery note (e.g., "Package damaged, pending inspection").

  • You have 24 hours from reception to notify us of any aesthetic incidents or transport damage by sending photos to info@rr-ing.com.

5. Workshop Pickup (Recogida en Taller)

If you prefer to save on shipping costs and meet us in person, we offer a "Workshop Pickup" option at no extra cost. Once manufacturing is complete, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.
